You’ve built a reputation. Now let’s build an online presence to match it.
A single, integrated project covering brand strategy, visual identity, and website design.
For founder-led businesses with serious ambitions.
This is for you if...
You’re not short of clients. Your reputation does most of the work and referrals come in consistently. But you’re aware of a gap… between the opportunities you’re getting and the ones you could be getting, if your online presence actually reflected your level.
You’re ready for a higher calibre of client. You’re thinking about breaking into the speaker circuit, about profitable collaborations, about being more visible in your industry. And you know that to pursue those things with confidence, you need to look and sound the part when someone looks you up.
"Before, I felt a bit embarrassed by my website and didn't really have a consistent brand. Pie Heart Studio changed that completely. I'm now proud of my website and really happy to signpost people to it."
- Chloe Hall, The Calm Gut Dietitian
Over eight weeks...
we’ll work with you to build a cohesive, authoritative online presence – visuals, messaging, social media assets, and website – that truly reflects your expertise and sets you up for some of the biggest opportunities of your career.
Brand strategy, positioning and messaging
Before we touch a single design decision, we get clear on who you are, what you stand for, and how to talk about it. Even if your messaging already feels solid, this stage consistently surprises people – the process of distilling everything down into a brand and website design brief has a way of bringing unexpected clarity.
What's included:
Two brand strategy sessions with Beth to clarify your positioning, your audience, and your differentiators, and to draw up your roadmap to becoming a leading voice in your industry
Website copywriting by our specialist copywriter – interview-based, so you don’t have to write a word
Your key positioning and messaging captured in your brand guidelines document, so you have a lasting reference to draw on for speaker profiles, social media bios, collaborations, and anything else that comes next
Visual identity design
Your visual identity is often the first thing people notice, and the first thing that signals whether you’re operating at the level you claim. We’ll either refine what you already have or create something new from scratch, depending on what your brand actually needs.
What's included:
A full logo suite with all the variations you’ll need across web, social media, and print
A refined colour palette and typography pairings that work consistently across every touchpoint
Editable social media templates for up to two platforms of your choice, plus LinkedIn and Facebook banners if needed
Any additional brand assets identified during your scoping session – patterns, icons, and so on
Everything compiled into your brand guidelines document so you, your VA, or anyone else working on your brand knows exactly how to use it
Website design and build
Your website is where everything comes together. Built around the strategy and visual identity we’ve established, it becomes the authoritative online home your reputation deserves, and the hardest working asset in your business.
Pie Heart Studio started purely as a web design studio, and everything we’ve built since has been informed by what makes websites actually work: strategic structure, considered user experience, and copy that speaks directly to the right people. That thinking is baked into every site we build.
What's included:
A fully bespoke, professionally designed website that does the qualifying work for you (so by the time someone gets in touch, they’re already convinced)
All copy written and supplied by our team – you don’t need to write a word
All technical setup, website migration, or domain complexities taken care of
A series of training videos so you can edit and update your site with confidence
Super simple ongoing hosting, maintenance, and updates handled by our team for a fixed monthly fee, so that you don’t need to worry about a thing (this is optional – details here)
How it works
Week 1: Foundations
A brand strategy call with Beth, a creative direction consultation with Tara, and a messaging and copywriting interview with Hannah. Everything we need to understand your business, your ambitions, and your audience.
Weeks 2 - 4: Strategy and Design
We refine your positioning and messaging, design your visual identity, and write your website copy. This is the creative and strategic work that everything else is built around.
Weeks 5 - 7: Build and Polish
We design and build your website, and produce your social media templates and brand assets, all rooted in the strategy and creative decisions we’ve established together.
Week 8: Launch!
The most exciting week! We launch your new website, hand over your training videos, and present you with all the assets we’ve created. Your brand guidelines document is your guide to your brand, now and for everything that comes next.
How we make sure you love the outcome
Surprises are great… but not in brand and website design! We’ve built our process specifically to eliminate them. It starts with a thorough discovery process and collaborative briefing creation, then each stage is signed off before the next one begins, so nothing ever appears out of nowhere.
In practice, this means that any time you see or read anything we’ve created, it reflects decisions you’ve already been part of. Revisions are included at every stage, but our process has been refined over the years to make extensive ones largely unnecessary.

Ready to explore what’s possible?
The first step is a scoping session – typically 30 minutes to an hour's conversation with Beth, to dig into where you want to get to and what you need from your online presence to get there. You’ll walk away with a clear sense of what’s possible and a plan for how best to make it happen, whether you decide to work with us or not.
If it feels like the right fit, we’ll follow up with a detailed proposal and quote.
Scoping sessions are by request only. To apply, head to our contact page – we’ll ask you to tell us a little about yourself and share a link to your current online presence, so we can make sure we’re the right team for you before we meet.
“I can confirm that the investment’s been unbelievably worth it! I feel so much more confident directing potential clients and companies to my website, because it genuinely showcases my expertise. My business has really grown and I’m now working with so many more of my ideal clients.”
– Rachel White, Rachel White Nutrition
Things other people have asked us...
Does your service include brand photography?
We wish we could include photography but we're a fully remote team, working with clients from across the whole of the UK (and some clients in the rest of Europe) so logistically it's not really possible. We do know a lot of brand photographers across the UK though, and are always happy to give recommendations.
Do you use AI?
In our opinion, AI is a great tool for summarising calls, identifying key takeaways, and speeding up workflows. But everything we actually create for you (visual identity, website, brand assets and guidelines etc) will be designed, written and built 100% by humans.
And in this day and age, this is going to become one of your biggest differentiators!
What's the price of an average brand and web design project with you?
We know that "It depends" is a really unhelpful answer so let's break it down.
A standard project with us includes 1:1 brand strategy foundation work, a refresh or redesign of your visual identity (logo + variations, typography, colour palette, editable social media templates), and a completely custom website build or redesign (typically around 5 pages), with professional website copywriting included by default. You also get your brand guidelines document which is going to become your bible, going forward.
Depending on the exact scope, this is normally around £6000.
If you have a larger budget and want more from us, we can add things on - maybe you need custom branded icons, a dynamic events calendar on your website, ongoing strategy 1:1s... let us know what you need and if we can provide it, we'll quote for it.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, there are two main options:
50% up front (on signing the contract) and 50% four weeks after the project start date.
OR
We can break your total into 6 or 12 monthly payments, paid automatically by card. The first payment is taken on signing the contract, and payments continue monthly until the end of the plan.
How easy will it be to update my website myself?
We make it very easy for you to make basic changes like updating text, swapping out photos, and adding new blog posts. In fact, you'll get clear video tutorials on how to do all of these things.
If you opt into our website hosting and care plan (most clients do) we include minor tweaks when you need them, and a discount on any larger edits or pieces of work.
Do you do SEO?
Yes, in the sense that every site we build uses clean HTML structure and follows best-practice principles for how search engines crawl and index content. That's included in every build, not an add-on.
What we don't do by default is treat organic traffic growth as the goal of the project. Most of our clients (established experts and personal brands) already have a strong client pipeline. What they need is a website that matches their credibility, not one engineered to compete for specific, unbranded search terms. Our focus goes into positioning, brand message, and copywriting that's genuinely differentiated and well written. That groundwork, combined with the technical foundations, often leads to a noticeable uptick in organic visibility anyway. How much depends on your industry and location.
If ranking for a specific term is a genuine priority for you, we'll do keyword research and give you a realistic view of what's achievable, as part of your scoping session.
And if you're already pulling in valuable organic traffic, we'll flag that too, because protecting existing rankings is a different job to building new ones, and will need more of an audit and a planned strategy.
Both of these go beyond the core project and are scoped and priced separately.
Do you design for accessibility?
Yep, accessibility is something we keep at the forefront of our minds when designing anything for you. So we make sure to consider font weights and sizing when choosing your typography, and accessible colour contrast within your visual identity (we include all this in your brand guidelines so you know how to keep your brand accessible going forward). We make sure our websites are navigable by keyboard and accessible to screen readers, for those with reduced mobility or eyesight. We believe that good, well structured design is worth a lot more than complex, heavy accessibility overlays, which we avoid.
